Marketing Strategist Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focusing on driving lead generation and optimization conversion strategies. This candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing target key market segments, designing and implementing lead nurturing programs to engage potential customers into the sales funnel while supporting marketing initiatives across multiple divisions.

Marketing Strategist Responsibilities: · Campaign Strategy Development: - Design and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns and managing social media accounts across various platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Conduct market research, track and analyze lead performance trends to identify new opportunities, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
· Customer Engagement & Retention: - Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities (Lunch and Learns, conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships)
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns and content
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
· Sales Funnel and Optimization Management: - Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement lead scoring and qualification criteria
- Provide insights and feedback to optimize sales strategies based on lead quality and conversion data
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and appropriate lead handoff
- Generate reports on lead generation and ROI metrics, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
Marketing Strategist Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing lead generation strategies that drive conversions and revenue.
- Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Suites, WordPress, Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
