Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Traffic Coordinator to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, coordination, and communication across teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, track project progress, and optimize workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns
\n How will you contribute?Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Manage and prioritize the marketing team's backlog, ensuring that tasks are properly scoped and resourced.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute programs and initiatives within larger marketing campaigns.Track project progress and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.Lead stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement within the team.Prepare and deliver milestone reports to stakeholders, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with project objectives.Proactively identify potential risks and impediments, offering solutions or escalating issues as necessary to maintain project timelines.Analyze and optimize existing marketing workflows to improve efficiency and drive operational excellence. What will you bring?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.3-5+ years of project management experience within a fast- paced marketing team.Familiarity with marketing workflows across diverse teams and project typesUnderstanding of agile project management practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Hands-on experience with project management software and tools, ClickUp preferred.Strong communication skills, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross- functional teams. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaigns, or creative processes.­­Experience in the Tech Industry &/or Agency experience
\n$105,000 - $135,000 a year
The above base salary range represents Smarsh's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting. 
Any applicable bonus programs will be discussed during the recruiting process. 
The salary for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, location, specialty and training. Local cost of living assessments are done for each new hire at the time of offer.
