We are really excited to be working with a market leading consumer goods business who are looking to make their first hire focusing on Master Data.
This role will be a great opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join an established, growing organisation who are now at the point of needing a comprehensive Master Data and Data governance strategy. As the business owner for the function you will work alongside your IT colleagues to establish the structure and processes for the future.
As a new initiative for the business with a global remit, this role will require someone with excellent communication skills and the tenacity to get things done across a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
What we are looking for: Experienced professional with qualification in information technology, engineering or business administrationDAMA-CDMP certification would be a bonusStrong proficiency in data tools such as ERP, ETL, and MDMExcellent stakeholder management skills - there is a big element of change management in this role and getting buy-in will be keyEvidence of building data governance strategies to support business requirementsThis is a great chance for a passionate data management professional to join an equally passionate and committed team of individuals as they continue to scale their business and build a strong platform for the future.
The role is based in the San Jose area and will require regular office days, so we do need someone who is able to be based nearby or travel regularly. Due to timing of the need, we can currently only consider candidates who have existing right to work in the US.
