This hands-on role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits starting on day one. If you have CDL B experience, mechanical expertise, and ASE certification (or are willing to obtain it), we'd love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Maintenance & Repair: Perform troubleshooting and repairs on fleet vehicles, including planned preventive maintenance and warranty repairs.System Documentation: Record all repairs in Trimble TMT and company PM Cards; electronically bill parts using fleet software.Schedule & Supervise: Oversee work within the shop, assist with technician training, and support adherence to daily maintenance schedules.Compliance: Maintain DOT and Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance standards.Team Support: Help educate Route Sales Representatives on pre- and post-trip inspections; ensure adherence to safe work practices.Shop Organization: Keep work area clean and organized, maintaining a safe environment.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: At least 5 years in commercial fleet repair (gas, diesel, or propane).License: CDL B with airbrakes endorsement and 2+ years of CDL B experience.Certification: ASE certification required or willingness to obtain; vocational/trade school certification preferred.Physical Ability: Able to handle physical requirements, including bending, lifting (up to 60 lbs), stretching, and twisting, indoors and outdoors.Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, electronic diagnostic tools, and electronic maintenance databases.Other: Must have own mechanic tools and toolbox; strong customer service and communication skills.BenefitsComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and company discountsBenefits available from day oneTo Apply: Apply Now or call Aidan at 866-808-1189 ext.650
