What You Can Look Forward To: Energy Recovery Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team at our Headquarters in San Leandro, CA. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the production schedule to ensure timely product delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with company goals. The Master Scheduler will collaborate closely with production, supply chain, procurement, and other departments to meet customer demand, reduce lead times, and ensure seamless production operations.
\n What Will You Do?Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) to align with customer orders, forecasted demand, and available production capacity.Collaborate with sales, customer service, and engineering to incorporate changes in demand, production adjustments, and product revisions into the schedule.Work with inventory management to ensure raw materials and components are available for production on time while minimizing excess inventory and stockoutsMonitor production capacity and resources to ensure production schedules are achievable and take corrective actions as needed.Ensure that production schedules adhere to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.All other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role within manufacturing, preferably in manufacturing.Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and scheduling.Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on meeting customer demand and optimizing production efficiency.Familiarity with demand planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.Strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
