Audit and adjust inventory where appropriate while utilizing root cause analysis to determine future corrective actions
Assist in the analysis of material replenishment cycles and propose changes where deemed appropriate
Lead projects in relation to inventory accuracy, material availability, and material replenishment for their production department of responsibility

What Skills You Need
Experience with manufacturing concepts, including Demand Flow, Kanbans, Just-In-Time and Lean Manufacturing
Experience with data analysis and problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc...)
Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience with SAP Warehouse Module / Inventory Control / Materials Management Modules
Experience in Supply Management or Operations
Experience with the Deere Production System
Experience working with a unionized workforce
Military experience
