Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionDaily, receive items shipped to the warehouseReceive GMP and Non-GMP items according to SOPMonitor warehouse supplies and if necessary, either make a request or create a purchase requisitionDistribute materials, as needed, to the applicable departmentsMaintain warehouse in an orderly and clean fashionLog daily temperatures for the warehouse and Freezer areaReplace weekly temperature chartsSafely operate forklift to move palleted items in and out of the warehouseShip materials as requested using any of the major carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL or US MailData entry into materials management systemFollow all safety procedures, guidelines and SOPs including use of personal protective clothing and/or equipmentSafely operate truck to deliver supplies and equipmentDeliver chemicals/ raw materials to manufacturingStock manufacturing area with materials as neededResolve receipt discrepancies by collaborating with ProcurementData entry into networked systems, SAP and Microsoft OfficeCycle count inventory as neededGenerate cycle count inventory sheetsHard SkillsForklift operationData entry into materials management systemSAPMicrosoft OfficeShipping using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US MailSoft SkillsAttention to detailCollaborationOrganizationJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Boca Raton, Florida.Work Environment1st shift - 7am-7pm or 3rd shift 7pm - 7am.
