Immediate Hiring For Material Handling Role Pay Rate - $22.80/hr - $23/80/hr Location - Portland, OR (Rotating Shift - Should be comfortable with all the shifts) Job Description: Material handling and machine operation. Packaging and labeling finished product and preparing product for shipping. Assist with setup and operation of automated production machinery to a weatherizing solution to large paper rolls used to wrap concrete forms in the construction industry. Shop cleanup and general shop help. Operation of forklift to move materials. Shift: Must be available to work all 3 shifts day/swing/grave. Current schedule will rotate between the 3 shifts every 6 weeks. Shift hours are as follows:
Day: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday Swing: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday Graveyard: 11pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday $.50 differential when working swing shift and $1 shift differential for working night shift. Skills: Forklift, manufacturing environment, machine operation, Inventory, Packing, General labor, Loading, Unloading, production support Top Skills Details: Forklift manufacturing environment Additional Skills & Qualifications: Prefers to hire candidates with a manufacturing or warehouse backgrounds but they are open to considering anyone who has the right attitude and drive and is okay working in an industrial environment. Previous experience operating forklifts is required. Experience Level: Intermediate Level
