Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for the flow of materials to and from their assigned segment areaFrequently sample weight components and enter the weight into the material master data in SAPHave the ability to look up materials for location and quantity in SAPBook material from one storage area to a Production Supply Area (PSA) and vice versaFollow up on inventory inaccuracies and to help implement improvements in systems and procedures to improve these in the SAP systemSupport the other segments drivers by staging material from the block store areas and by staging packaging material for the segmentsSafely operate material handling equipment and adhere to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practicesUse hands to maneuver objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balanceLift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds based on component specificationsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus Your Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to meet the physical demands of the jobAbility to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer softwareAbility to read, write, follow instructions, and work independently with little guidanceAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materialsData entry, math and computer skillsDependable and reliable, good time management skills Experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferredInventory and management functionsKanban systemsMust be able to work well in a teamExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
