Material Handler - Arkansas Reports To: Production Supervisor Direct Reports: None FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Eligible for OT) Employment Type: Full time Position Overview: Monitor workflow. Maintain work for operators by keeping work pushed up to the operator and supplies (thread, pockets, etc.) at the operator's workstations. Keep bundles in proper order throughout the department. Awareness of inventory control in department. Essential Job Functions: Assist supervisor in maintaining even workflow throughout the department.Push finished work to the next workstation.Keep supplies and small parts organized around and within the department.Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor or manager.Be able to multitask.Maintain a clean working environment free of safety hazards and comply with all policies and procedures.Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy.Non-Essential Job Functions: Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers.
