teamwork, collaboration, and an unwavering standard of ethics.SOME COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDMUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CHERRY PICKER or FORK LIFTMUST PERIODICALLY BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 60 POUNDSOrganizational Alignment:Reports directly to the specific work team area lead shipping and receiving SupervisorPosition Overview:The DC Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various work task duties in support of successfully processing of customer orders correctly and on time.Responsibilities:Performs work including but not limited to: Material Handling, receiving, unloading, stocking shelves and performing inventory cycle counts), order picking, packing and shipping using modern and sophisticated distribution methods and work processes.
Titles within Warehouse Associate includes Material Handler, Transfer Handler, Container Receiving, Bulk Handler, Pickers/Order Puller/Order Finalizer, Order Verification, Re-box, Order Verification.
Performs work outside of normal work area/role title, if requested.
Performs work tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while ensuring the work is done within the required performance metrics and to the expected level of quality.Perform additional duties as assigned.Work Environment:Modern DC Fulfillment warehouse facility utilizing various styles and types of equipment and technology to ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of customer ordersHigh level of automation and mechanized material handling equipmentThe company emphasizes quality, safety, and accuracy over just speedPhysical requirements - Significant standing, walking through the warehouse, and consistent lifting (up to 50 Lbs.)

Use of carton knifes, taping equipment, automated strappers, pallet wrappers, carts, and various other small hand toolsRequirementsEducation and/or Work/Skill Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum one to three years direct warehouse experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment where small parcel and LTL/LT customer order processing occursEquivalent combination of education and experienceStrong computer and technology usage skills requiredFamiliarity with distribution software systems highly preferredStrong communication, both written and verbal with equally strong interpersonal skills requiredALL NEW HIRES MUST PASS A DRUG SCREENJob Type: Full-time
