JOB TITLE: MATERIALS MANAGEMENT MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to develop, implement and supervise a materials supply support system that operates efficiently to meet the needs of individual departments within the hospital. Organize and supervise the distribution area, controlling material movement throughout the hospital to include Courier Service, Storeroom (issuing and receiving), and Forms Distribution.

EDUCATION: Associate's degree from an accredited college.

PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field or equivalent.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: None required.

EXPERIENCE: Possess three (3) years' experience in healthcare. Two (2) years' supervisory or project management training or experience.

RATE OF PAY: $21.04 – $32.88 / HOUR | SHIFT: Full-time (40 hours) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Hours may fluctuate based on departmental needs)
