Are you a detailed person who enjoys accurately maintaining inventory? Then we have a great opportunity for you. This position will work closely with our materials team to ensure material availability for scheduled production requirements. Responsibilities: Assist with unloading trucks. Receive all incoming packages, including raw materials, and log in our ERP system. Sort all deliveries and distribute to appropriate recipients/departments throughout the building. Compare packing lists to purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.Support inventory control by verifying PO dates to reduce unapproved early deliveries.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the appropriate manager.Retain records of incoming deliveries.Perform physical counts of inventory to assist plating team prepare parts to be sent out to vendors. Notify buyers and/or planners of inventory discrepancies. Complete inventory transactions in the system that reflect the physical movement of parts as required. Package and send parts out for processing of plating, glass seals and assembly bodies.Keep an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.Perform other duties as required.Requirements: High School Diploma1+ years in shipping or warehouse environmentComputer experienceFlexibility in schedule hours as company requires (working extra hours as needed)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
