Materials Sorter/Labor-All Shifts

VHM Enterprises is looking for a recycling sorter to join our team. This person has the ability to follow verbal direction, able to adapt to changing schedules or routines with a positive attitude. Starting pay is $13.50/hour, with a .50 raise after 90 days and eligible for health insurance, paid holidays and PTO.    Shift B: 6pm-5am
Responsibilities:  Sort Materials –  Hand-sort recyclable materials inside of gondolas and are able to sort accurately organize recycled materials.Critical Thinking – sorting the recycling can be very fast paced and you need to be able to think how to get your tasks done in the most efficient yet safe wayOperate Equipment – it is a plus to know how to operate a Hilo. Not required. Other – Pick up and empty trash containers. Requirements:  Be reliable and punctual for shiftMust be a team player and chip in when needed to get the job done. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an eight-hour shift.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at timesMust follow Health and Safety procedures.
