Responsibilities include preparing and managing costs, personnel, maintaining client relations, reviewing field and laboratory reports, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality of service. The Project Manager will also pursue future work through bidding and submissions of the firm's qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities Establish project budgetsPrepare and submit estimates on new structural and civil projectsPrepare annual budgets and forecasts based on current workload and backlogAllocate appropriate personnel and qualifications for each projectReview all test and laboratory reportsProvide technical advice and training oversight for field technicians and special inspectionsConduct annual performance reviews with direct reportsConduct monthly safety meetings with field technicians and special inspectorsConduct safety and technical observations of field technicians and special inspectorsEnforce Standard Operating ProceduresResolve technical and operational issues with clientsAssist in the hiring and termination of field technicians and special inspectorsUnderstand contractual arrangementsSupport Business Development efforts with all client eventsQualifications Education: High School
Experience: 5 years experience as Project Manager in a supervisory role
Certification: ACI, ATTI, ICC, desired but not required.
