Responsibilities:

Managing the operations and restaurant staff.

Looking for someone that is familiar with high volume of sales.

Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.

Maintain day-to-day financial controls.

Create and manage staff schedules.

Interview, hire, train and write-up staff.

Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.

Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have successful previous management experience in a QSR setting.

Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning.

The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
