Compensation: $195,000.00 - $275,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients across all ages to diagnose health conditions and diseases. Devise and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and medical histories. Collaborate with other medical and non-medical staff to provide comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes. Participate in the on-call rotation, providing expert advice and guidance via phone, to ensure continuous patient care. Stay abreast of advancements in medicine through continuous education, training, and professional growth opportunities. Maintain meticulous records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress to ensure consistency and legal compliance in medical treatments. Minimum Position Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Valid and active medical license in the state of South Carolina. Significant experience in providing medical care to patients of various ages and health conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical medical practices and compliance with all healthcare regulations and procedures. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and proficiency in utilizing them for patient care. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing Ryan White and MAT patients. Demonstrated history of continual medical education and professional development. Experience with rural or underserved populations. Background in integrative medicine approaches and innovations in healthcare. Leadership experience or qualities that contribute to team development and clinical management.
