As a MDS Coordinator RN your experienced nursing skills will be the coordination and completion of the MDS (Minimum Data set) assessments, which includes the comprehensive assessment to complete the required MDS, CAA (comprehensive Assessment) and the development of a resident centered care plan, in meeting quality of care and quality of life for our residents.
