Essential DutiesAssist the kitchen help with the packaging of home bound mealsDeliver the home bound meals to the designated clients in a timely mannerMaintain paperwork and documentation of meals deliveredReturn all coolers and containers to the center before leaving workReport any changes noticed in the home bound client to the center supervisorAttend any trainings as directed by PACSAny other duties as requested by the center coordinator or the PACS Aging Director Requirements
