Responsibilities The scope of the Lead Cook position includes volume cooking (avg 500 meals/day), ability to price compare, and maintain high level of sanitation, cost effective operation, oversight of a variety of assistants; volunteers, older workers, community service workers. Responsible for preparing a successful product for a wide variety of meal programs
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years experience in volume cooking Successful completion of ServSafe inservice Valid Arkansas drivers license, good driving record
