The Measurement Partner will be an exciting opportunity to work in a cross-functional and client-facing role at an exciting and fast-growing startup.
This role supports Brand & Agency teams by providing brand and consumer insights, audience measurement, campaign optimization, and strategic research support.
This role will be responsible for reporting and performance evaluation of advertiser campaigns, in addition to contributing towards greater ad sales research initiatives for Samba.
As Measurement Partner, you will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to create and deliver research studies to a wide variety of industries.
In addition to duties involved with reporting, you will have an opportunity to help design new products and create more efficient processes with a fundamental goal to serve and delight our customers and help grow these strategic relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DOConsult with clients on research design and implementationProvide planned and proactive campaign-specific insights to drive business decisions and strategyLead multiple research studies at once and manage deliverables and timelinesWork with cross-functional teams to implement and execute studiesCommunicate with brands and agencies to ensure all study materials are collected and implemented appropriatelyReview and analyze large datasetsWork with Data Analysts and internal tools to ensure data output meets client objectives, timelines, and quality standardsWrite and present reports directly to clientsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve research products and processes when necessaryStrategize with the Sales organization to scope research prior to saleSupport sales with the development of strong positioning stories to highlight the value of our audience media and measurement opportunitiesWHO YOU AREAre experienced in leading and executing research studiesEnjoy analyzing data and solving problemsCan find and communicate the stories within the dataAre detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactiveHave strong verbal and written communication skillsAble to visualize data in a way that makes it easy for others to understandAre interested in advertising media and able to add that context to your reportingCan communicate effectively with internal and external clients via email, over the phone, and in-personAre comfortable navigating ambiguous situationsThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and being a team playerAre highly driven and excited to work with cutting-edge technologyBachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics or related area of study3-5 years previous work in client service research roleExperience in digital or TV advertising research a plusExperience in TV and/or Digital media a plusProficient in Excel and PowerPointBonus: Knowledge of Ad Tech Industry, Media, Campaign Management, & Love TV $95,000 - $120,000 a year
Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Base salary is just one component of Samba TV's total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives and long-term incentives.
