System One is currently seeking a  Mechanical Construction Lead on a 12 month contract position located in Littleton, CO. Mechanical Construction Responsibilities:  Work with the on-site management team to be part of the decision making, to attend meetings concerning the current state of that work and report any findings.  Working mostly in the field alongside the contractor; verifying their work, both from a safety perspective but also a quality perspective.  Take part in inspecting and reporting on deliveries such as piles. the racking system, inverters, different modules and so forth.  Mechanical Construction Lead Requirements:  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.  Proficient with writing reports and presenting.  Prior knowledge with Solar plants/projects a plus. 10-15 years if experience in mechanical discipline.  Previous leadership experience preferred.  Mechanical Lead or Mechanical Inspector background Experience leading a construction team and has similar previous experience with the racking systems and experience with different inverters.  Duration: 12 months 
Location:  Littleton, CO
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr
