Mechanical Engineer Job Description: The Mechanical Engineer will work in a variety of industries, designing and developing machinery pieces that exceed customers' needs and expectations. They also analyze and evaluate any issues with current products to develop effective solutions. After they design new products, they'll conduct experiments on them to see how successful they are and to determine if any additional updates are needed. The intent is to help Spectra improve their current manufacturing process for integrating the GLSDB AUR by eliminating process variation, improving process flow and integrating optimum process/procedures that will drive significant rate increase capability in their factory. Total travel will be based on collaborative team findings/suggestions and guidance with and from the team.
