Role Overview:

Join a dedicated team of engineering professionals in our DC / Baltimore office.
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build and lead a mechanical engineering team.
This role offers the chance to work on complex projects in healthcare, laboratories, commercial spaces, defense, and higher education.
The successful candidate will be involved in technical design, consulting, construction support, and business development.
Collaboration with our regional electrical engineering team to provide MEP services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $77K - $125K, based on experiencePossible Signing BonusPaid overtime possibleEnd of year discretionary bonusHybrid work schedule401k with matching Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineering Registration (required)US Citizenship (required)5+ years of consulting engineering experience in the AEC industry5+ years of HVAC and plumbing engineering experience (required)Knowledge of International Building Code/International Mechanical Code (required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCADStrong desire to learn and adapt to new technologiesExcellent time management and communication skillsExperience in a collaborative team environment and project managementBusiness Development experience (preferred) Additional Information
