Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Plumbing Superintendent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the execution of complex plumbing projects, with a focus on large hospitals, laboratories, and industrial installations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.
\n Job Requirements Supervise and manage plumbing craft personnel in a self-perform environment.Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects, including hospitals, laboratories, and other large industrial projects.Monitor production and maintain strict control over costs and schedules.Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, quality control, safety, and compliance with all relevant codes and standards.Lead a team to ensure all plumbing systems are installed in compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and applicable codes.Collaborate with other project management team members to ensure alignment with overall project goals.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members and subcontractors.Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures.Maintain thorough project documentation and reports on progress and issues. Certifications OSHA 30 hour required prior to start date (company will provide the online course at no cost to employee).
