Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerJob Description
Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in MEP facility design and at least 3 years of project management experience.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit being a plus.
Responsibilities include meeting with clients to kickoff projects, managing project schedules, managing project budgets, design/design proposals, and confirming the accuracy of designs.
Candidates should also have excellent writing skills, verbal skills, and condition assessment experience.
Project types can vary from government facilities, hospitals, laboratories, office buildings, and more.
This includes clients such as the VA, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Agriculture, the USDA, and more.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Pasadena, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment
In office in Severna Park, MD 2 days a week with 3 days remote after the first week in office (for IT purposes).
This role also includes 10% travel (day trips in the DMV and every other month a trip outside the DMV for a day).
