Global and regional teams assigned by project.- Talent development - coaching/mentoring.- Lead Performance Improvement Plan initiatives.- OKRs and Goal Setting.- Hire, train, develop and evaluate engineering resources across and outside the company.Strategic and Tactical Initiatives/Projects:- Driving improvements for the greater of larger department from strategic initiatives.- Process Improvement driver and presentation.**Tasks and Qualifications**:- 10 to 15 years of Experience on Product Development Processes.- Several full product development cycles completed.- Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching and interpersonal skills
