Position Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent with a strong background in mechanical systems.
This role involves overseeing the execution of construction projects across various sites within the Southeast region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical installations, project coordination, and managing on-site activities.
Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region are essential.
Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Project based per diem opportunity.Paid time off and holidays.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee mechanical installations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.Enforce safety standards and ensure all work complies with regulations and project specifications.Manage site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.Provide regular updates and reports to the project management team.Travel to various project sites within the Southeast region to manage and supervise on-site activities.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on mechanical systems.Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and construction processes.Proven ability to manage and coordinate large-scale projects.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to travel extensively within the Southeast region.Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality control.Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent
