This position is in-office in our Baton Rouge office.
Establish a good working relationship with station vendors and update/maintain client budgets.Advertising platforms include traditional video, audio, print, and outdoor.Daily monitoring of media schedules for preemptions, revisions, and makegoods.Reconcile all traditional media invoices. Stay current on media and industry trends. Experience in Advertising or directly with Media Buying is a plus, but is not required. However, the following experience/skills are necessary to be considered for this position:
Two years of in-office experience is required.
Data entry experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail. Experience using Gmail, Google Workspace (Docx, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a MUST. Our team uses both.Ability to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.Work well in a team-oriented environment.An ability and desire to learn more.College degree preferred.
