Role Overview As a Media Associate based in Madison, Wisconsin, you will be assisting with setting up, tracking, and reporting on traditional and digital paid advertising efforts across our portfolio of accounts. The Media Associate will assist in the day-to-day monitoring of our clients' campaigns, as well as the administration of internal media processes and workflow.
Duties & Responsibilities Work with your manager to proactively monitor and administer client campaigns, helping to ensure ongoing performance meets or exceeds established KPIs Communicate directly with other team members, ensuring digital campaigns are set up and launched accurately Assist in the administrative functions of the media team, including interfacing with the accounting department on client billing Develop performance reports and insights as directed by your manager
Effectively communicate campaign results and optimizations to internal team members Maintain an awareness of key media industry issues and trends Other internal projects as necessary Qualifications We're seeking an entry-level Media Associate who holds a bachelor's degree in advertising, journalism, communications or marketing, preferably with 0.5-1 years of paid advertising experience, who is ready to learn and grow. Agency experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will:
