The media coordinator serves within our client's Marketing department and is responsible for managing and tracking the production and post-production of materials used to market brands and shows on multiple platforms.
Essential Responsibilities: Project coordinate the development of assets: create/maintain schedules, opening work orders, tracking progress and prioritizing a large volume of projects for Design & Production.Assist in engaging outside agencies on projects: engage agencies, negotiate fees, provide assets, communicate feedback, maintain constant communication in order to ensure project delivers on schedule.Liaise with Programming, Video, Brand Strategy, Social, Photo, Talent Relations, Publicity/Events, Research, Business Affairs, Legal, as well as outside studios and show producers.Coordinate all aspects of photo shoot prep details, creative discussions and talent approvals with Photography department. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of project management experience in a digital and/or social media marketing agency or production company, preferably with 360 campaigns.Experience producing a wide variety of assets for digital marketing campaigns, including video spots.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Television.A fast and fearless learner with a love of television and social media.Experience in asset trafficking processes.Exceptional communication & diplomacy skills: verbal, written and interpersonal.Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.Flexibility and an ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.Ability to juggle many priorities while at the same time maintaining good attention to detail and a positive, collaborative attitude.Experience with various types of digital applications, platforms and functionality is preferred.
