Responsibilities
• Operate in the Replay Role during Live Events• Follow the storylines of game productions and create content to support production needs• Participate in the development of fellow operations staff• Contribute to administrative work on various platforms• Troubleshoot technical broadcast equipment and solve workflow issues• Collaborate with the Event Operations team for specific productions
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years practical TV Production or related experience• Experience in on-air live replay using industry standard equipment• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to work under tight deadlines and support simultaneous projects• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and planning skills• Strong computer knowledge• Preferred: Experience in live control room or remote event environment• Preferred: Understanding of live event production terminology, workflows, and equipment• Preferred: Demonstrable knowledge of broadcast production equipment and technology• Preferred: Basic understanding of computer network architecture• Preferred: Strong understanding of business productivity and collaboration platforms• Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
