What You'll Be Doing Collaborate with the media team in the creation and implementation of media strategy across all touchpoints and media channels, on time and within budget Assist in the development of media strategy and presentations Facilitate daily communication with clients and agency teams to ensure the smooth stewardship of your clients' media plans Grow leadership by working with media strategists to delegate tasks necessary for the implementation and stewardship of clients' media plans; this includes training strategists on various resources used within the agency Improve leadership skills through mentorship and other leadership training opportunities Review work with a critical lens and provide feedback Assist with the billing process through collaboration with accounting team What You're Good At Asking questions!
Always thinking about what is next and making it happen An ability to multitask and work well under pressure but have fun in the process Handling multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities Gleaning insights from data to develop creative media solutions Sharing ideas through strong oral and written communication Presenting to high-level clients Adapting and troubleshooting processes, and using tools and resources that fall outside of typical processes Assisting strategists and senior strategists with projects and projecting a positive leadership style What You Have in Your Background A bachelor's degree or a wide range of education and life experiences; the ideal candidate combines an understanding of people and culture Three to five years of communication strategy with experience related to paid media Hands-on experience with various media resources such - as but not limited to - Microsoft Excel, Mediaocean/Prisma, Kantar, MediaTools, Sizmek, Nielsen, etc.
