The Medical Administrative Assistant is a permanent opportunity with an onsite schedule.


Responsibilities: Scheduling patients/entering patient information Verifying insurance benefits Coordinating financial agreement with patients Posting insurance payments Administrative duties such as making sure all necessary documents are scanned and charts are intact Qualifications: Proprietary systems- can be taught if tech savvy Targeting exp in a medical or dental setting, but open to transferable experience/skills Culture/Benefits: No benefits package Work Hours & Travel: Fully in office.
M-Thursday 7:30AM-5:00PM, 1 hour lunch.
