This opportunity is travel based and employees receive a float differential and mileage reimbursement!This is a full time, benefits eligible position scheduled 40 hours per week on the day shift. Hours are typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but may vary depending on department needs between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.Nights and weekends are not required unless employees choose to pick up shifts at these times! Holidays may be worked if clinics are open.Primary duties across all departments include message review and triage, chart preparation, appointment scheduling, and patient care. Care may be procedural and include phlebotomy, suture/staple removal, vitals, etc.The ideal candidate would be willing to travel, flexible, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with phlebotomy skills or willing to learn. Performs select clinical duties.Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, scheduling patients, and filing.Performs basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies. Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.May document the provider's encounter with patients. Lists all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as follow-up instructions and prescriptions, as indicated by the provider.
