From taking vitals to scheduling appointments, you'll support our nurses and healthcare professionals while contributing to the overall patient journey.HoursThe new Old Town Infusion Center is hiring a PT Medical Assistant 2 days/week, either Tuesday & Thursday or Wednesday & Friday, plus flexibility to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks.
What You'll DoWelcome and check-in patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Assist with scheduling, medical records, and updating insurance information.Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms and taking patient vitals.Assist with infusions, subcutaneous injections, and documenting patient care.Help maintain clinic inventory, equipment, and supplies.Perform lab draws, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks as needed.Why Join IVX Health?At IVX Health, we don't just care about our patients-we care about our people.
