Job Description **Please note that this position will require travel to both office locations, Enfield, CT & Simsbury, CT.
Please do not apply if you are unable to work at both practice locations.
** Duties: Greet and room patient Take dermatology history, chief complaint Scribe a dictated exam by the provider Set up biopsy trays Package and label specimens for shipment Clean /stock and set up rooms between patients Clean and autoclave & surgical instruments Call patients with biopsy results Answer phone messages and faxes for the provider Assist fellow team members in busy clinic Qualifications: Ability to multitask and self-manage Ability to manage EMR system on a tablet Ability to speak clearly to patients and staff Ability to also work at our Simsbury location Job Type: Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with an occasional mandatory Saturday Experience: 1 + year Medical Assistant experience required Dermatology office Medical Assistant experience preferred Education High school diploma or equivalent is required Certifications/Licenses: Medical Assistant certificate is preferred Pay: Pay starts at $17.00 per hour and increases with years of experience Qualifications Additional Information
