Medical Assistant

Job Title: Medical Assistant Job Location: Brooklyn, NY 11212 Job Duration: 3 months+ with possible extension Shift Time: 8:30 am to 5 pm Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr.
on W2 contract Job Description: Front desk triage, checking in patients.

Making appointments.

Checking Weight, Height, etc
Phlebotomy, EKG.

Assist RN with any other duties.

Working with an RN preparing the patients to be seen by DR.
Possible exposure to hot and cold.

Possible exposure to infectious bacteria and blood borne pathogens.

Position may require prolonged periods of standing, reaching, walking throughout the working day.

Position will be required to talk effectively, stoop, bend, lift, and carry items weighing or exerting force up to 35 pounds.
