Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
Job Description
Schedule patients for office/clinic visits.
Prep rooms with required materials for visit.
Room patients.
Work alongside 1 provider with an additional MA employee (3 total providers: 2 MAs/1 Doctor ratio).
Take vitals, weight, height, blood pressure, and medical history.
Work with patients' families/caregivers for collecting information.
Enter all data into EMR system.
Schedule follow-ups as needed.
Handle workers' compensation cases.
On rare occasions, float to another location if short-staffed (notification provided ahead of time).

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position.
Work Environment
The team includes 3 doctors, 8 current MAs, and 3 X-ray techs.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4/5pm, with flexibility required for later appointments.
