WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and organizational skills A quick and eager learner and team worker Must be proficient with computer programs Medical billing experience preferred, not required WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Verify and input insurance information Communicate with patients, provide follow-ups, and resolve any concerns Contact insurance providers regarding patient accounts Update demographic information Transmit claims Charge review File appeals with insurance companies as necessary to ensure payment on claims LOCATION & SCHEDULE: 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS: Must train on-site Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
