Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for keeping track of billable services rendered with no bills received and contacting providers to collect missing bills. Accurately and completely document all communications. Educate provider offices on the correct ways to submit bills. Analyze appointments to determine if a bill is required. Other duties as assigned.
