Full-Time Medical Director (DVM) - New Opportunity + Superior Salary - Wasilla, AK Starting Base Salary up to $220,000, Monthly Production with No Negative Accrual, Yearly Leadership Stipend We are seeking an experienced and compassionateMedical Director (DVM) to lead our team in Wasilla, AK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a veterinarian with strong clinical and management skills who is committed to excellence in patient care.

About the Role: The Medical Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including patient care, staff development, and financial operations. This role demands clinical expertise, independent decision-making, and a proactive approach to clinic management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality medical care to animals and oversee all patient treatment plans. Develop and implement effective treatment plans, surgery, and medical protocols. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to veterinary technicians and support staff. Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense management, to ensure sustainable operations. Ensure the clinic complies with all regulatory standards and guidelines. Qualifications: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting. Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
