As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.
Your Qualifications:
DVM degree from an accredited university and an active state license Minimum of 5 years experience in a GP animal hospital Commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team Top-notch communication and coaching talents Our services include:
