How you'll transform patient care: Manage day to day operations, clinical practice oversight, and staff engagementDrive quality-based goals for your teamProvide service- and people-focused support to meet the needs of patients, providers, management, and staffManage relationships with specialists and primary care physicians to keep care local and ensure that care referrals are high quality and effectiveWork cross-functionally with executive level leadership to provide direction in the implementation of business and medical strategies, organizational initiatives, and prioritiesEffectively manage, facilitate, and communicate organizational changeWho you are: Board Certified in Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine5+ years experience in urgent care preferredOccupational medicine experience to include: DOT/7D exams, HRD examinations, worker's compensation, and work-related injury management preferredLeadership experience preferredActive Massachusetts medical license preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule and rotate between locationsA team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class patient satisfaction and support.
