Thriving well established group seeking BC/BE Interventional Pain Management physician in NJ to join our team of 4 pain management specialists, 1 physician assistant, orthopedic joint & orthopedic spine physicians.
Responsibilities:
1.
Evaluating patients with complex chronic pain conditions and implementing a comprehensive treatment plan.
2.
Performing a variety of procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, major joint injections, spinal cord stim trials, discograms, percutaneous discectomies.
All procedures are done in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical centers..
3.
Collaborating with teams to provide holistic care to patients.
4.
Providing education to patients and their families regarding pain management strategies and potential treatment options.
5.
Actively participating in team meetings, clinical audits, and research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
6.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pain management techniques and procedures.
7.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
8.
Documenting all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1.
A Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
2.
Board Certification in Pain Management or equivalent.
3.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in pain management or orthopedic conditions.
4.
Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state.
5.
Excellent knowledge of pain management principles and procedures.
6.
Proficiency in performing procedures like spinal injections, joint injections, and other orthopedic procedures.
