Medical Front Desk Receptionist

In this role, you will:Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office.Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections. Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system. Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings.Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.We require:High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience.Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.Spanish speaking is preferred.What we offer: Starting: $ 25/hr. based on experience and education
