Associate degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited college or university and completion of a clinical laboratory internship preferred. Certified as an MT/MLS or MLT by one of the National Commission of Health Certifying Agencies or by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of Health Laboratories Branch. State license as a Technologist or Technician. 2 years experience Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form. • Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team. • Excellent customer service skills Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as, but not limited to, lab coats, gloves, face shields. Will be completing a mask fitting upon hire.
