Pride Health is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician to support our client's medical facility in Burlington, CO. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. Medical laboratory technologists perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating, and preventing disease. These tests have a wide range of areas; blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology to name a few Key Responsibilities: Collecting, receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples or substances using the correct testing equipment, when necessary. Designing and executing laboratory testing per standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings. Recording all experimental data and test results accurately and in the specified format (written and/or electronic.) Organizing and storing all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions. Qualifications: Active state license as an MT or MLT Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience Certifications such as ASCP, AMT, or NCA preferred Additional Information: Location: Burlington, CO Job Type: 13 Weeks Contract Shifts: Days Pay Range : $1800-$2000 Weekly *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
