Support and implement strategic and tactical plans to the field to drive the US Medical imperativeLead, manage, develop, and coach a team of MLsStrategize with the team how best to access and educate academic centersFacilitate cross-functional partnerships to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights and HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategyOptimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to HCP interactions for self and teamMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with professional training in the health care field3+ years' experience leading a clinical team2+ years' of Diabetes related experienceStrong relationship-building and administrative management skillsValid Drivers License and ability to travel overnightDesired Requirements: Advanced Clinical Degree or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
