Medical Oncologist Needed For Locum Tenens Coverage At Facility In Southern Michigan

A Large Hospital is seeking a Medical Oncologist for locum tenens coverage. In southern Michigan you'll find some of Michigan's main attractions such as Mackinac Island and Lake Michigan. The practice is 90% outpatient with occasional consults, as hospitalists handle rounding on patients. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with possible call and weekend shifts. The caseload is 14-18 patients per day. Hospital privileges are required, though temporary privileges are available. Support staff includes 3 RNs in the infusion area, and the EMR system used is Epic Beacon.
